We are just a week away from the grandest event in the world of WWE – WrestleMania 37 – which is set to take place on the 10th and 11th of April at Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, Florida. Here are the big fixtures that should keep you glued to your screens:

After Roman Reigns defeated Bryan at the Elimination Chamber, Edge rushed to the ring to spear Reigns and the pointed at the WrestleMania sign which implied that Edge was challenging him for the title at WrestleMania. This fixture was later confirmed at SmackDown where Reigns returned the favour by spearing Edge. Bryan has ridiculed Reigns with the fact that he only won the match at Fastlane because Bryan had just won the Elimination Chamber match. Going back to Fastlane, it’s worth noting that Bryan lost again after Edge attacked both superstars with a steel chair. On March 26, Adam Pearce finally confirmed that Reigns would have to defend his Universal Title in a Triple Threat Match against Bryan and Edge.

In a match for the Women’s tag team championship at Fastlane, Sasha Banks was about to finish the encounter with a Bank Statement but Nia Jax shoved Bianca towards her teammate which created an argument between the two divas mid-match and Baszler then took advantage of the situation and performed a roll up on banks to retain the title. At Royal Rumble though, Bianca won the women’s Royal Rumble match which earned her a championship match of her choice. So later at SmackDown, Bianca decided that she would challenge her former tag team partner Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 37.

Both Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley had a long wait for the title, seventeen and sixteen years respectively. Although McIntyre congratulated Lashley on winning the title, he believed that Lashley won the title cheaply – by making an underhanded deal to defeat the Miz, whereas McIntyre won his first title by defeating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36. Lashley then claimed that he would destroy McIntyre at WrestleMania which set up their WWE Championship Match at WrestleMania 37.
Braun Strowman vs Shane McMahon

Braun Strowman was furious that he was left out of the Elimination Chamber match and took the issue to Shane McMahon and Adam Pearce. Things got heated after Shane began to insult Strowman’s intelligence, which led to their match at Raw. The match never really started and Shane just kept calling Braun stupid. The match was then rescheduled to Fastlane which again did not take place due to a knee injury to Shane and he was replaced by Elias, who was easily taken out by Strowman. Following the match though, Shane attacked Strowman with his crutches and when he finally stopped, Strowman threw the gauntlet to Shane for a match at WrestleMania 37 which was accepted. Things got better for fans later though, as it was decided that this encounter would be a steel cage match.
Randy Orton vs The Fiend

“The Fiend”, Bray Wyatt defeated Randy Orton at TLC in a Firefly Inferno Match after which the Viper set the Fiend on fire. Alexa Bliss who’s been extra friendly with the Fiend, then began to haunt Orton on a weekly basis which led to Bliss challenging Orton to an intergender match at Fastlane. At Fastlane, Bliss handed a shock defeat to Orton after Bray Wyatt appeared out of nowhere to Sister Abigail, Orton. The following night on Raw, Orton then summoned Wyatt, RKOed him and that’s when Bliss rushed in to distract Orton, which worked a charm as the Fiend was able to get up and perform a Sister Abigail. Bliss then pointed to the WrestleMania sign and sure enough, it was later announced that Orton would face the Fiend at WrestleMania 37.
