In just a few weeks’ time, the most fearless men on two wheels will return for the start of the 2022 MotoGP season and there is a lot to know about what’s happening with all the latest dates of the season ahead of a year with new bikes and hopefully a new look in the championship battles as well.
Today at Man’s Life, we’ll take you through the complete rider lineup along with the racing schedule for the 2022 MotoGP season:
THE RIDER LINE-UP
MotoGP’s 2022 rider line-up re-shuffle happened mostly in the middle of the 2021 season after Maverick Vinales’ split with Yamaha. With Vinales moving out of Yamaha, the team behind last year’s riders’ championship have gone on to strengthen their team with Franco Morbidelli. Fans around the world can not wait to see how the pair would play out in equal circumstances. Aleix Espargaro who has been a one-man show at Aprilia now has Maverick Vinales as his team-mate and with Aprilia killing it with their livery this season, there is hope for the duo to get frequent podium finishes. Gresini Ducati has gone for rookie Fabio Di Giannatoni who finished 7th in the Moto2 rider’s championship and will partner up with Enea Bastianini.

Tech3 KTM has gone for a completely new rider line-up with the signing of last year’s Moto2 title rivals Remy Gardner and Raul Fernandez. It would be interesting to watch what these two could pull off in their rookie season. After finishing 3rd in the Moto2 Riders championship, Marco Bezzecchi gets promoted to the VR46 Ducati team to partner alongside Luca Marini. As for RNF Yamaha, they have stuck with veteran Andrea Dovizioso and have signed a deal with Moto3 graduate Darryn Binder to partner him.
