The Kaya Tea Tree Purifying Face Wash is a mild, gel-based and sulphate-free face wash that does its job well: It removes dirt and grease from your face effectively. The Face wash comes packed with the goodness of tea tree oil, vitamin B3 and polyglutamic acid, which is said to help lock in the moisture. A 100 percent vegan and cruelty-free, this face wash also boasts of being free from parabens! Since this product is unisex, both my husband and I tried it for a few days. I have combination skin whereas my husband has dry skin. The product clearly states that it works on normal to acne-prone skin—and as promised, it fared better on my combination skin (an oily T-zone, basically, the forehead, nose and chin). I was, however, not too thrilled about the almost-medicinal scent. It didn’t leave my skin dry. My husband’s skin, on the other hand, was left feeling a little thirsty.
👍🏼 Mild cleansing action. Free of sulphate and parabens.
👎🏼 The scent can be off-putting for some.
A CAVEAT: Tea Tree oil doesn’t agree with all skin types. So, do a patch test before getting any product with this core ingredient to avoid rashes or allergies.
