Oprah Winfrey’s next big celebrity guests are going to Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. The talk show host and public persona has been in the news recently due to her bombshell interview with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry where Markle revealed some disturbing facts about her life as a royal. Markle stated in the interview that there were concerns in the royal family about the colour of her child Archie’s skin and that she had contemplated suicide. What’s worse is that when she went to the Crown to ask for help with her mental illness, she was allegedly turned away.
Now, Winfrey will follow up her Markle interview with a host of interviews featuring prominent public personalities. One of them happens to be our desi girl, Priyanka Chopra. “I just love being able to have thought-provoking, heart-expanding talks with people who inspire us all – to think about the deeper meaning of life, and that’s why I am thrilled to announce Super Soul, has a brand new home on Discovery Plus- an exciting new season of interviews,” Winfrey said in a promotional video for discovery+. In the video, she can be heard asking Chopra: “You and Nick hope to have a family one day?”
