Girish Karkera
Girish is an automotive content/business domain expert. He began his career with Indian Express (Sports) but soon found himself pursuing his first love - automobiles. Two years into his journalism career, he joined Autocar India as a sub-editor and was part of the team that established the brand in India. In 2006, he was picked by the then editor of BBC TopGear India to help strengthen the new team. During his stint, TopGear climbed to No.2 in India ABC rankings for automotive magazines. Since 2019, he has been working as an independent consultant to media houses and automotive-business related firms.
